One of her biggest wins was staying consistent with high-protein meals, something she usually finds difficult to maintain. Nutrition was still the hardest part (especially when meal prep slipped), but she kept showing up to her workouts and built real momentum.

Simone: Over the past year, I’ve set and achieved health and fitness goals I never thought possible with Lilly’s guidance and mentorship. I’ve taken control of my health, dropped from 108kg to 98kg, and built a level of consistency I’m really proud of.

With Lilly’s support, I’ve ticked off major milestones like completing two 10km fun runs, and now I’m training for a half marathon something I never would have imagined when I first started.
